Italian Baked Chicken








I tried a recipe tonight that I got off another blog. It was quite yummy and looked beautiful on my plate. Sometimes presentation is everything. Ready for this?


Italian Baked Chicken


2-3 chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces

1/3 to 1/2 c. Italian dressing- regular or light


Pour dressing over bite size pieces of chicken. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Serve with salad and veggies, or on a bed of rice.

It's pretty good. I have to make that every time I grill for Chelsea! She's picky.

This is one of my all-time faves! It's best on the grill in my opinion and I get RAVES for it! So easy!!
