For each serving:
2-3 boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
2 slices of pineapple rings (I used canned)
2 slices bell pepper
Place the chicken side by side on a baking sheet. Lay the pineapple and peppers right on top of the chicken. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
You can also cook each serving wrapped in foil.

Yummy! I think I'm going to try it! I love that you put recipes on your blog! If, one of these days I make something extra yummy, I'll have to do the same on mine!
