Rigatoni

This is a family fav! Once a week it's on our dinner table. Can you tell we like pasta? It's the one meal I can count on my kids eating every time!
1 pound hamburger-browned and drained; season with salt and pepper
1-8oz cube mozzarella cheese-diced
1-8oz cube cream cheese-diced
1/2 pound Rigatoni noodles-cooked and cooled
1 jar Ragu spaghetti sauce (any brand will do)
1/2 c. grated mozzarella cheese
Mix together browned hamburger meat, noodles, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese and Ragu sauce (you may not need the whole jar. It just depends on how saucy you want your meal. I use about 3/4 of the jar). The cream cheese gets sticky and sticks to your knife. You can just pull it apart with your fingers and drop it into the mixture. Scoop into a greased 9x9 pan and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Bake on 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

It's so good! I even made it with whole wheat noodles. You can also use Turkey burger. It tastes just as good. See, I'm just as healthy as you are. =)
