This is my dad. AKA Big Mike, Mikey or Papa. He was such a great dad to us growing up, a great dad to us now and a fantastic grandpa to the grand kids. Some of my favorite memories of my dad when I was young are the funny songs he would sing to us, the funny sayings he had and the lovely nicknames he used and continues to use today. My dad always has good advice, looks out for his kids and always shows us how much he loves us. I love the way he loves my mom. He is such a hard worker (even with his broken back), diligent in his church callings, loves taking his family to Mexico and the lake and appreciates all the gifts we give him, even if he doesn't act like he does. My favorite memory as a grandpa is him holding and kissing my babies. There is nothing sweeter than an old man lovin' on babies! I love you dad! Thanks for all you have done and all you do for us!(I already did a little tribute to Rocky in May, so ditto to that!)
