Tis the Season

I love the holiday season! I love that I get to decorate my whole house for Christmas. I love to decorate for every holiday, but Christmas is my favorite for sure! These are my holiday loves...
1. My Christmas tree. Which is also a very entertaining place to put babies. If anyone has young babies place them under the tree for cheap entertainment. They will have the best time! (No I'm not pregnant and no I didn't have a baby no one knows about. I watch a 4 month old and he loves looking at the lights under my tree).
2. Hot chocolate while snuggling under a warm blanket looking at my Christmas tree.
3. Christmas cards. I love to send them every year and I'm excited every day to open my mail box and receive them as well.

4. This fun stocking hanger since I do not have a fun fireplace.
5. Christmas music. Especially Donnie Osmond Christmas and Kenny Rogers and Dolly "Once Upon a Christmas".
6. Warm Jackets. We hardly get to wear jackets here, so when it gets cold at night I love to get out my leather jacket. The kids love theirs too. Especially if they can wear their hats.

7. Poinsettias. They are beautiful.
8. The 12 days of Christmas. We got 12 dayed years ago and I secretly wish for that to happen again. It's fun to have a funny little present on your doorstep every day.
9. the Polar Express in Williams. If you have never gone, you need to. It's great for the kids and adults as well. Make sure to plan ahead for next year because spots book up fast!

10. Christmas lights on my house! We moved the last 2 years, so I was so excited to have them up on our house this year.
11. Frosted sugar cookies. They are my fav year round, but it's not the holiday season without them.
12. Buckeyes! If you've never experienced these, you are missing out. They are chocolate covered peanut butter balls out of this world!

13. Holiday wreaths on my front door.
14. Holiday parties! I'm always up for friends, work and family gatherings.
15. The spirit that is all around. As crazy as this time of year is, people seem to smile more and be more generous.

I love the Christmas season and look forward to is every year. Now that my kids are older, they are enjoying it too. Especially helping decorate the Christmas tree, helping daddy put of Christmas lights, looking at Christmas lights and drinking hot chocolate every day. They are also excited for Santa to come. I'm excited to play Santa and see their huge smiles on Christmas day! So, tis the season!

Your tree looks AWESOME!!...I've gotta look for some tree sales after Christmas this year, our poor little "Charlie Brown tree" has lasted thru 5 Christmases, and it gonna see it's last one this year! Anyways, Thanks for the header tip, It worked, you are so smart:)
