Not my shining star

Today I was looking through my pictures and came across these. This is how Todd felt at his preschool program. What a star!
This kid did not get the itch to act gene at all!

He sobbed the entire time. Hands in his mouth and all!

"Mom! Don't make me do that again!"
What's a mom to do?

About the pity party post yesterday, I know that every action effects our lives and helps mold us to who we are today. So, though I have those regrets and I'm sad that I missed out and have to work so hard for my degree now, my life would probably be differant. My life is just right and I would not trade my kids or hubby for the world! They make me laugh and sometimes cry, but all the craziness is worth it!

Doesnt everyone have regrets? an a lot of them? I think so. I am right with you on the school thing - but it is still attainable. Just look at it this way... If you can complete it then in five years you wont look back with another regret, but with admiration for yourself for sticking with it. Hey - there are also local plays all around the valley that you can try out for. Oh - and dont forget about your ward choir. I dont care what ward you are in - they are always looking for new faces!

Ha Ha, you are so funny. I think we wouldn't be normal humans if there weren't things we wish we would have done differently...or DID! There's a few big things I wish I did...I ran track in jr. high but had to work in high school and college...but wish I could have kept up the running thing...now Im 32 and trying to run and train for events and have a baby too...a lot harder. I wish I wouldn't have let a few people walk all over me...stuck up for myself more, and beat the crap out of a couple people, but I was too skinny back then...times have changed :) Love ya, Karen

Kasey!!! It was so good to hear from you! I'm glad you found me:) Your family is absolutely adorable and you look fantastic! So how long did you actually work for Paradise Bakery? I still get cravings for their food--luckily they finally opened some in UT.
Lets keep in touch!

You are very good at capturing your life in a picture, kasey. He might grow out of the stage fright...not too many people with garlock blood can be shy for long!
