Field Trip to the Farm

A few weeks ago I was able to go with Todd on his pre-school field trip. We went to Schnepf Farms to see the animals and talk to Farmer Jackie.

It was hot! Todd did not like the sun in his eyes.

The kids had buddies and were supposed to stay with them. Yay, that so happened!

They got to go on a hay ride where they stopped and let the kids pick a radish. They loved the picking part, but what kid is gonna eat a dang radish? A carrot would have been way better, but whatever.

And they got to go see the stinky donkey, pigs, chickens, goats and
the hugest bull I've ever seen.
Afterwards we had a lovely picnic lunch of PBJ sandwiches and
a warm juice box. Yum!
They had fun and I'm glad I got to be with him for the day!
Oh to be young again.

Glad he had a grand old time. Did you tell him to watch out for those finger biting goats?

Too cute! Jadyn went there for her Kindergarten field trip and it was hot too, but I wish I could have gone and seen her.
