I NEVER thought it would be possible for me to stop eating sugar, since I am MAJORLY addicted to it. But it's been almost 4 months now, and I feel great! If I can do it, anyone can, seriously!!! And yes, the first few days are the worst. My advise would be to buy LOTS of sugar free candy to snack on.
We are just finishing up 12 weeks of no sugar or white flour; it's a challenge my mom gave us. I think its hardest at first because you body is so use to it, but it really does get easier. You learn what you can eat to subsitute your sugar snacks. I always make sure I have plenty of fruit stuff: fruit leathers, fresh fruit, smoothies, etc. You really learn will power!

How on Earth is that possible??? Isn't sugar in everything? What do you eat? I will never have that kind of will power! Good luck! :)
