Oriental Chicken Salad with Ramen Noodles!

Sorry, no picture this time. I made this for Mother's Day with every intention of taking a picture, but the new batteries I put in my camera weren't so new. So you'll have to imagine how tasty this is, or make it and see for yourself! Enjoy!
Oriental Chicken Salad with Ramen Noodles
2 heads romaine lettuce - chopped
2 packages chicken ramen noodles - crunched
1 small can mandarin oranges
1 bunch green onions- chopped
1/4 c. sliced almonds
1 c. chopped chicken
1/2 c. oil
2 Tbs. red wine vinegar
2 Tbs. sugar
pinch of salt and pepper
Whisk together oil, vinegar, sugar, chicken packet and salt and pepper. Pour over lettuce, oranges, green onions and chicken. Toss in noodles and almonds. Yum-O!

I LOVE this salad, it's so good! I use 1/2 head of sliced cabbage in place of one of the heads of romaine to give it that extra crunch! YUM

Good idea. I didn't think to combine it. My SIL just made it with cabbage and I did not prefer it that way. Is there anything I can bring to the shower? Let me know.
