The Best Workout


This is one of the best workout DVD's out there. This DVD had three 10 minute targeted workouts for your arms, legs and abs. If I'm running short on time for the day I pop this baby in and pick one of the three 10 minute workouts. In 10 minutes I can feel my arms, legs or abs working and I also work up a pretty good sweat which tells me I'm getting a workout! I love it! There are also other Quick fix workouts that include Dance Party, Stability Ball and Pre/Post Natal Workout. You can get them for $10 or less on Amazon.com.
Dance Party will be my next purchase. I was thinking about trying out for
"So You Think You Can Dance". =)

I totally want to get the dance workout video too! I go dancing around the house like I'm hot stuff after I watch SYTYCD! It would be good to actually have some realy moves!

I have these workouts also and love them. Unfortunately for me 10 minutes doesn't cut it! The dance workout would be fun!
