Finally some real pain medication and a good nights sleep- Priceless
So for the last 4 days and nights I have been in major pain due to an ear infection. It's totally my fault though for not going to see the doc when I realized something was wrong. On Monday it hurt even worse after being on medication for it for 2 whole days, so I took myself back down to Urgent Care. Told the doc what meds I was currently on and he just shook his head. My infection was far worse than the meds previously prescribed. So, I got some more junk for the ear, spent some more money, was given a better pain med so I could sleep and sleep I did do. Until 5am when both my kids came and crawled into my bed. Hopefully relief is on it's way!

wow that sucks! imagine what it would have cost without insurance, well glad to know that your ear is getting better.
Crazy, you're the second person (who's a grown adult) that I have heard of just in the last few months who had to go to urgent care cause of an ear infection.
I'm glad you're finally feeling better! Being sick is the worst, ecspecially as a mom because you still have to take care of the fam! Thank goodness for pain medication!
My pharmacist literally laughed at me when I got a perscription for my ear infection. I know how you feel!
I'm glad that you are feeling better - even though it took the whole weekend and ALOt of money to finally get it figured out!
Hope you're feeling better. Let me know if I can help with anything!
