Wanted

So this week I've been feeling like I can't do it all. The laundry is never ending, the dishes always need to be done, the midgets get toys and junk out faster than the speed of light, the once cleaned off counter next to the fridge has yet another huge pile on it, the kitchen table is a gatherer of junk mail and sippy cups, there's snipits of paper on the kitchen floor, the carpets need to be vacuumed, there's a funky smell in the hall bathroom. The list goes on and on!
So after I threw my hands up and then went to bed I decided
I NEED A WIFE!
Does anyone know where I can get one?
So yesterday I was sitting on the couch watching one of my favorite channels, Lifetime TV, when a preview came on for an original movie. It's called
More of Me
I couldn't help but smile. It's about a women who feels like me and wishes there were more of her. You can catch me watching that for sure on Monday night.

I know how you feel. I think my house has been decluttered one sice Jonah was born and it is driving me crazy. I wish I could hire someone to come take care of it for me.

I TOTALLY agree! I keep telling Sam that if we practiced polygamy I'd be the shopping wife. I'd pick him out a cooking wife, a babysitting wife, and a cleaning wife. Of course they would all be horribly ugly too.

What a great post! I feel the EXACT same way. Each evening when I go to bed I realize that it is seriously the first time I've taken a break all day, and I still haven't done half the things on my to do list. Mom's and wives truly are amazing if you ask me... how we stay sane and shower at the same time is a mystery!

Kasey- Sorry its 11 pm & I just got back from Mesa at a dinner with J's family. I will call you in the morning. I still plan on going in the morning to Desert Mountain Park @1030.Did you let Brooke know? I can call her too. I agree with your post..I need more of me. I don't know if Jason could handle more of me...but I sure could. I just want to be the fun mom that doesn't have to sort threw the clutter, pay the bills, and do the dishes and laundry over & over again. Glad I'm not alone in feeling this way.

Ha Ha too funny! Too bad when Aaron does try to help, I always end up redoing what he has done- it's part of my O.C.D.

That's SO how I have been feeling lately!!!! My mom used to always say she could handle polygamy...one wife to cook, one to clean, one to play with the kids...

I love your attitude. You're right it is my blog. And, no, it wasn't you. I've been thinking about it for awhile. Like I said I like being on other people's lists. I agree with you too on the wife thing. I would love a wife just so I could be a mom and actually hang out with my kids without worrying about other things that need to get done.

Hey there Kasey! The park was fun to get to chat. I felt like such a dork, I was on my way to meet ya at Barro's when I realized I left my wallet at home. Thx for the invite though- we will have to do this again!
