On July 10th my mom turned the big Five Oh! Doesn't she look great?!?! We knew we'd be in Powell so us girls, my aunt and my grandma put together and planned a surprise birthday bash to remember. We've been planning for months and she had NO IDEA, since she thought we celebrated at Texas Roadhouse before hand! It was great! My dad did good getting her there. She thought it was just another dinner at Mi Amigos. Little did she know what was awaiting her through the double doors! That fancy wheelchair and 40 of her closest friends and family members.
We put together a little program called, "My mom is better than your mom because..." We laughed till our cheeks hurt! My dad even did a little something. My aunt stole all my mom's pictures off her computer and my grandma made a DVD of her life. Brooke gathered up a bunch of facts and fun items like Milky Ways and Micky D's paraphernalia that was invented or the favorite in 1958. It turned out to be a great surprise and fun night for all!

That is so fun and you all look fabulous! My mom would have killed us if we did that to her on her 50th. We aren't even allowed to know her actual age. She has some aging issues.
