I gots me a green thumb...well maybe...

Rocky made me a planter box.
We decided to start small since neither one of us has any idea what we're doing.
I planted lettuce on the far right.
Roma tomatoes and green bell peppers in the middle.
Cilantro and green onions on the far left.
We'll see if anything grows.
I hope so.
If you have any tips please leave them!
I'm sure I need all the help I can get!

Awesome! I love my garden and yard work in general. Make sure that the lettuce gets watered regularly or else it will taste bitter. The smaller the tomato, the better. Cilantro is a pain and seems to not enjoy the sun/heat so much. I tried a few times and put a kabosh on that one. Also, once it gets over 100* outside, you will need a shade over your garden. I have some fabric that I use for mine if you'd like some. Otherwise, just put a stake or nail a board in each corner and then I'll show you how to attach the fabric. Easy peasy lemon squeezy! One last thing--watch for these white, fuzzy looking bugs on your tomatoes in particular. If you get them, let me know asap and I'll tell you what to do so they don't kill everything. Happy Gardening!!
