Long Lost Recipe

Tomato Chicken Parmesan
2 eggs beaten
1 c. grated parm. cheese
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
6- 8 boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
6-8 slices monterrey jack or provolone cheese
6-8 thinly sliced zucchini
1 jar Prego or Ragu

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pour just enough sauce to coat the bottom of a baking dish. Beat eggs in separate bowl. Mix together parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Coat tenderloin in egg mixture and then in bread crumb mixture. Place in pan and pour a little sauce over each piece of chicken. Bake for 15 minutes. Pull out and add slice of cheese and zucchini to each tenderloin and bake for another 5-8 minutes until melted. Enjoy!

Looks yummy I have never seen it with cucumber. I love chicken parmigana
