Girls Night

Went to see New Moon opening night with a bunch of my girlfriends.
Didn't see the midnight viewing.
Even I'm not that crazy!
We bought tickets for an early viewing of the show.
There was even a raffle and one of us won the New Moon game.
Party at Brandi's!
My new favorite line:
"Team Edward...until Jacob takes his shirt off!"
I'm not gonna lie though...
I've been a Jacob fan from the get-go.
But after New Moon, I'm Jacob all the way!
Please don't beat me up Edward lovers!
It was a fun night with all these fun gals!
Can't wait for Eclipse in June!

Family GNO

We had a great night at Applebees eating, chatting, and laughing.
Can't wait for the next one!
Thanks to all the great dads who watched the kids so we could have a break!
We had a blast!

2 Birds, 1 Stone

Friday night I got to do 2 of my most favorite things!
A bunch of us got together for dinner and a movie.
First we ate at Native.
Company was great, service not so much.
Moving on.
Then we sent the boys to G.I. Joe.
Us girls headed to Time Traveler's Wife.
It was a super fun night.
A little date night and GNO all rolled into one.
That's how I like it!
Can't wait for the next one!
Date night or GNO.
Which ever comes first is fine with me!

Birthday Bash

My birthday was so much fun. Friday night Rocky and I went to Texas Roadhouse with my family and his parents. I got to ride the saddle. Yee-Ha! But I forgot my camera. Dang it!
Saturday night I went out with a bunch of my girlfriends. We laughed and ate and got a delish Pazzookie!

Thanks girls for making my 29th
so great!

Girls will play...while the boys are away!

Thanks to my Grami I can finally upload pictures! Thanks so much!
Rocky took Todd with him on his scout camp out, so Kylee and I did girlie things. First there was food at Applebees!

Kylee was being silly because she's 3 and it's cute to hide in the bushes and lay on the ledge in silver shoes and polka dot jackets. Just ask her.

We had salad. It was good! I promise that is what she asked for!

Then we bought some cute star shoes at Payless and went to Target in search of comfy jammies. When we got home we changed into our new finds and painted our toe nails. That's what girlies do!

Then she crashed in my arms. I loved it!
Thanks my sweet girl for the fun night! Those boys can go anytime so we can do more nights like this!

Gal Pals

When I first moved into my new ward out in Queen Creek I was struggling to meet new friends. I had moved from a ward I loved and thought I had made some good friends, but soon realized they had forgotten about me though I tried to keep in touch. Several months after I moved I received a call from a really cute girl Heidi in my new ward and she invited me to play Bunco. I had never heard of Bunco but thought why not. We continued to play and it's a night out we look forward to each and every month. There are only a few original players, but we continue to add more girls and have built friendships that continue to grow each and every year we play. I'm so thankful for this wonderful groups of gals. We truly have become great friends. I'm excited to see what 09 brings!

When mom's away...

My good friend Brandi and I went for some much needed time away. JC Penny's clearance and Cheese Cake Factory was just what the doctor ordered.

Came home to this! What I wanna know is who's the daddy and where was he when this took place.

Need ketchup? Todd and Kylee would love to share!
Yum!

Breaking Dawn

I love the Twilight books! The 4th and final book came out last night at midnight, so my friend Katie and I did a GNO. We ate and chatted at Applebees and then headed over to Wal-Mart. There were only about 30 people and we were right in the middle, so our wait was quite short and well worth it. My sister went to Borders and said it was crazy! So this is just one more reason why I HEART Wal-Mart once again. I'm going to Cali on Thursday so I'm saving my book till then. I can do it. I know I can.
