I'm seriously in LOVE with Fall!

A holiday house for me is a happy house.

2 Birds, 1 Stone

Friday night I got to do 2 of my most favorite things!

A bunch of us got together for dinner and a movie.

First we ate at Native.

Company was great, service not so much.

Moving on.

Then we sent the boys to G.I. Joe.

Us girls headed to Time Traveler's Wife.

It was a super fun night.

A little date night and GNO all rolled into one.

That's how I like it!

Can't wait for the next one!

Date night or GNO.

Which ever comes first is fine with me!

Just Wandering Around

I'm not gonna lie.

I could walk around Target for hours.

But for as long as I could walk around Target...

I could walk around Walmart for longer.

Pretty sad that those 2 stores were the highlight of my day.

I totally scored a cute bag on clearance at Target.

Plus the amazing treasures in the dollar spot.

And Cheese Nips were a buck at Walmart.

Seriously, need I say more?

Shoe Shopping

A couple years ago I found a pair of sandals I fell in love with!

Sketchers are the best. They house my wide feet perfectly.

They hold the comfort I enjoy as well.

These brown rainbow Sketchers are my fav!

They are also the third pair I have owned.

I had a cute pair of black polka dot ones that I wore to Mexico in March.

They are no longer wearable so...

I had to buy these ones today.

Ya know, have to have brown and black.

Then....

I saw these babies. Really, cute Sketcher sandals for little kids.

They start as small as toddler size 1.

Now we all match in comfort.

I just know my kids will love them as much as I do for sure!

Plus they are super cute!

While Skye's mom was away...

we did play!

Skye and I headed out to my friends baby shower. I also got a hair cut. I heart it a lot!

Jess and I worked together at Paradise Bakery FOREVER and a day ago! This is her first baby and I'm super excited for her and her hubby.

A few other gals I used to work with were there too. We still keep in touch, but not as much as I would like to for sure! Skye was the little pass around baby. She was really good for the 2 1/2 hours we were there.

This was her by the end of the night! We so like to party and she totally crashed. Butt in the air and all! I love it when babies sleep like that. Todd totally was a butt in the air sleeper. Kylee, not so much.

Random Cuteness

I had wanted a new kitchen table forever! I searched high and low and could never find what I was looking for. I wanted a square table, but only counter high ones were found. I did not want counter high. I finally found what I was looking for at Quilted Bear. Then they up and closed their doors. Seriously. Here today gone tomorrow. I was LIVID! So I searched some more and still no luck. Out of the blue one day my SIL called me and said one of our friends was selling her black, square, standard height table that she got from Quilted Bear. I said SOLD and went and got it. That was 9 months ago and I'm still in love! So, to my point now. My grandma made me a beautiful set of place mats. My beautiful table looks so nice. Thanks Grami for making them for me along with cute Christmas tree napkins!

My second favorite of the day is Kylee and black, lace leggings. Only a 3 year old can look this cute.

And red painted toenails on my 3 year old. Love it!

Ta Da

Rocky surprised me with a karaoke machine for our anniversary! I had recently mentioned how fun it would be for the kids...AKA me. We have had so much fun singing crazy songs and having a good time!Kid fun!

And most of all...I get to let go and sing my heart out!
Don't worry girls! I'll be having a girls night real soon. Brooke is my guest of honor with a front row seat. Just her and my karaoke machine!

Why'd you have to bring these bad boys back? I'm weak. I can't resist the crunch around the edges and the soft middle. And the powdered sugar that hits my lips with every bite. I can' take it anymore! Please, please take the Ginger Molasses back! Fine then don't! I'll be back, I know I will. My backside does not thank you, but my mouth does.

Best Blockout

During our last lake trip my SIL, Tiffany got me hooked on this stuff! I will never use another sunblock again! It smells yummy and doesn't feel heavy on my face like some blockouts do. Try it! Oh yeah, the best part is the price! $5 at Wal-Mart.

We did another lake trip over the weekend so I had to buy me some.

I'll post pics of our fun time later. I'm slammed with school and a messy house. Yeah for me. Anyone want to help?
