Birthday Boy

 When did this blue eyed, toothless, baldy turn into...

this blue eyed 10 year old with permanent teeth, and hair that he hates having cut short???

Every year it blows my mind how quickly time is flying by!

Todd is such a good helper to me and a good big brother to his sisters. 

For the most part he's a really good kid.

Though it frustrates him to no end when his sisters get into his things and mess up his room.

He's very particular about how he likes his things and doesn't like them messed up or out of order.

This is one trait I wish Kylee had!

Her room is out of control!   

Because of this, he's a great cleaner-uper.

If you need your bathrooms cleaned come have Todd do them.

You'll be impressed!  

He makes the girls breakfast, changes diapers, puts clothes away, vacuums, cleans out the dishwasher, mops the floor...you name it he can do it. 

The one thing he hates is cleaning the playroom. 

Todd can be feisty, like any kid can be, but he's also very loving and kind.

He LOVES babies and he loves little kids. 

Good thing since he's gonna have another sensitive little sister around. 

I love that he still lets me hug and kiss him.

He'll always be my best boy!  

      

We've got a Niner!

Todd is the big 9 today!

It has seriously flown by so fast I can't believe it!

I thought I'd share 9 things that makes this kid so special.

1. Todd couldn't wait to be born!

He was born 4 weeks early and hasn't waited for anything since!

If he gets an idea in his head he doesn't let it go.

This could be a good or a bad thing...

2. He's always willing to help.

3. Todd is a great artist.

4. He loves all animals, even though most of them make him itch.

He's figured out how to hold them so he doesn't itch. Just wear a huge jacket so the animals doesn't touch his skin. Smart boy!

5. He LOVES Karate!

6. Todd loves kids of all ages and plays great with them.

7. He loves to clean the bathroom.

Good thing since I don't.

8. Todd loves going to scouts.

9. Todd still lets me hug and kiss him in front of his friends. 

There are so many things we love about this boy!

His willingness to always help, the way he loves his little sisters and always wants to make them happy, even though Kamber gets into his stuff 10 times a day! He's tender hearted and hates when his feelings are hurt and let's you know when you do so. I know that's more than 9 things, but he's just such a great kid and we're lucky to have him as a part of our family.

Todd: I didn't see any pokies.

Had to learn the hard way that some pokies can't

 be seen with the naked eye!

Rocky pulled about 100 lil pokies from his hand.

That'll teach him!

All Hallow's Night

Poor guy came home from school today with a

sore throat and headache.

Took him the doc and he is "very positive" for strep.

Her words.

So he missed all the Halloween fun at school and home.

He did dress in his costume and watched the Trick-or-Treaters through the front window.

This lil angel Tricked and Treated enough for both of them!

Cuties in a Cup

I was closing some files that got left open on my computer

and found this little diddy.

How cute are they!

I honestly have no idea where this was taken.

Todd looks about 5ish and Kylee looks about 3ish.

I'm glad I found it today because it brought a huge smile to my face!

And then it made me miss when they were little.

First Day

 The chickens started school today.

Kylee wanted her hair in piggy tails and Todd cried forever

last night because he hates his short hair cut.

I think they are both cute!

 Todd is starting 3rd grade.

 Kylee is starting 1st.

They are both excited and have good friends

in their classes this year.

As for me I'm going to be super busy with a few

babysitting kids and a full preschool.

Let the crazy begin!

Cuties

Todd loves this girlie a bunch!

He's in her face smooching her all the time.

He gets mad when I tell him to stop because her cheeks smell like mouth.

I also really hoped Kamber had blue eyes like Todd.

I guess he'll be our only blue eyed child.

Don't get me wrong, I love Kam's eyes...but seriously how cute would her dark hair and blue eyes be? We may have to get colored contacts in the future....

JK I love her just the way she is.

I totally got off track here...back to Todd...

He always wants to hold her and gets her off the stairs when I don't get the gate up fast enough.

This morning while I was getting Kylee ready he took Kamber downstairs and when I came down he had the gate all up and ready to go.

Kamber was sitting at the bottom and I could just see her wheels turning on how she was gonna bust over the gate.

He even shares his cheddar fishes with her.

He's a great big brother to both of his sisters.

Random Cuteness

I left my new camera at my SIL's house but I needed

to take a cute pic of the baby.

So I put a random memory card in my old camera and took a few.

I was ready to upload and I found these 2 random

pics of Todd and Kylee.

I'm not sure what Todd was up to.

And Kylee, well, she's a ham!

Girl loves to have her picture taken and I'm sure that's

what this cute one was all about.

I totally needed these little pick-me-ups today!

They're the separated triplets!

Our little family of 5.

Todd got his own set of scriptures and a cool scripture bag.

Such a big boy!

I seriously can't believe how fast these 8 years have gone by.

I love this boy more now than I did when they layed a

4 pound 9 ounce baby on my chest 8 years ago.

Though alot of the time this kid makes me nuts,

 he's such a good boy and always willing to help.

I'm so proud of him for taking this step in his life.

He really wanted a red tie, so that's what he got.

My mom gave a talk and he really wanted animals with it, so that's what he got and all 3 kiddos got a comfy stuffed bear to help them remember why we get baptized.

He really likes pineapple pizza, so that's what we ate.

I'm so thankful for our family and good friends that came and shared the day with us.

It was priceless...one we'll remember for sure.

Birthday boy!

I'm not quite sure how it happened, but this guy turned 8.

Last night we went to Kohls and he picked out a book and stuffed animal to match.

Then Grandma Garlock let him pick out his very own video at Costco, Alpha and Omega.

Tonight we're going to eat his favorite meal, spaghetti, and watch his new movie.

I love this guy to pieces!

I seriously can't believe how fast he's growing.

He'll be starting cub scouts next week.

Yep, I'm officially a cub mom.

Party Hardy

Last night was my parents annual Fall Festival.

It's fun to get all the cousins together and dressed up for the occasion.

There were bouncers, a hay ride, face painting, donut eating contest, smores, hot dogs, salsa, chili fry bread and best of all...

trick-or-treating for the kids.

They had a blast!

My 3 kiddos went as a poodle princess, a dragon and a sweet little lady bug.

It still wiggs me out a little bit to say I have 3 kids.

Good thing they are all so cute so I can claim them as mine!

Gettin' Ready

Last night we got to watch this cute baby.

Todd is so ready to be the big brother again.

He LOVED making baby Harrison laugh.

It was cute.

In his prayers he asked that our baby could be here soon.

They were excited as could be!

And I'm now kidless...well, for 7 more weeks that is!

Old Skool

The other night Kylee had no clean PJ's.

I got to thinking and remembered something my brothers and I always did as kids.

We slept in my dad's BIG shirts.

It's a memory I'm so glad I dug out because my kids now think it's the greatest thing to sleep in their dad's BIG shirts.

It's also way cheaper than buying PJ's since these 2 are growing like weeds!

I'm excited for this new tradition.

Traditions and memories are the things that make growing up so much fun.

Saturday was a lot of fun but LONG for sure.

I'm excited to see them improve with each game they play.
